Thank you for shopping with saboon.shop. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail and may occasionally be shipped using an alternative courier where necessary.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the service most commonly used and is offered for free on most orders unless stated otherwise.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only:

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: approximately 2–3 business days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: approximately 1–2 business days

Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

5. Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or other carriers

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Industrial action

  • Public holidays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate, we may request:

  • Photographs of damaged items

  • Photographs of packaging

  • Order details

Claims relating to damaged deliveries should be reported within 7 days of delivery where possible.

9. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.
