Shipping Policy

1. Delivery within the UK
We deliver across the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is free on all UK orders

2. Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 3–6 business days of ordering. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Tracking
All orders are sent tracked. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived 7 business days after dispatch, contact us at aljamal@saboon.shop or 02034112447 (Monday to Sunday, 09:00–17:00) and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates, and we can’t be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather or industrial action, but we will always help resolve a late or lost order.

5. Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, we may charge to resend it.

7. UK only
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
