"My grandfather stamped soap in Nablus. I stamp it in the UK. The recipe hasn't changed in over a century."

Al-Jamal soap is made the way it has always been made — three ingredients, a stone press, and time. No sulfates, no fillers, no shortcuts.

The same method used in Nablus since the 1880s — a slow cure that gives the soap its structure, and its name.
Olives are cold-pressed within hours of picking to keep the oil at its purest.
Oil, water and lye are cooked in a stone vat for several days, stirred by hand.
The mixture is poured out across the floor and left to set into one large slab.
Cut into cubes and stacked into towers to dry and harden for up to six months.
Each bar is hand-stamped with the maker's seal before it's wrapped.
Same bar, same six-month cure — just more of it. The 4-bar pack is our best value for everyday use.

"Cleared up my skin within two weeks. It doesn't smell like a spa product — it smells like actual olive oil, which I love."
"Lasts far longer than shop soap. One bar has outlived three bottles of shower gel in our house."
"Bought the two-bar pack as a gift and ended up ordering the four-bar for myself the next week."
